Sourcing and procurement of all FF&E (fixtures, fittings & equipment)- selecting all the items to make your house a home
Project Management- to take the stress out of renovating
Installation- to fully complete the design experience
E-design
For a client who wants some professional input and direction but is happy to do some of the leg work and project manage themselves. This service can be adaptable to the client’s needs and includes all the necessary information for a complete design. Typically for this option you can expect some or all the below elements:
Floor plan layouts
Concept design boards including colour palette
Key materials and fabrics board
Suggested key furniture items with linked shopping lists
One round of revisions
Hourly online consultations
Another option for those who would like a designer’s input without requiring a full service. If you would like to have someone to bounce ideas off and talk ideas through, or to help focus on a particular layout, concept direction or style for a space we can refine ideas significantly in an hour.
Design Consultancy Service
We are happy to discuss individual projects and whether we can help on a consultancy basis- whether this is producing the concept, mood boards and drawings to be used with a contractor or working with you at key stages of a project.
Staging
For developers looking to stage show apartments or a client wanting to update and re work a house or room prior to selling a property. We will work to enhance the appeal and accentuate the best aspects of the space to potential clients and buyers.
